Start the weekend off right with Megan! Each class will explore the edges of strength and stamina while maintaining focus on the breath to create space for a deep release within the body. Please note during our 2017 Yoga Teacher Training Months (May-November), once a month this class will be taught by a guest instructor- please join us!
